“Ihave credit on my PayPal so tried paying with PayPal and it wouldn't let me, so had to pay with Google, so it was ABIT frustrating”

“Ended up paying £45-30 for 2 tickets what I could of bought at venue for £15 each wish i had known before booking think £ 4-50 booking fee and 80p handling fee is a bit much plus saying there was no early bird tickets left and the venue still selling them for £15 ,so advise people to check with venue 1st lesson learnt as I didt”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Skiddle are the ticket outlet, and therefore take no part in the organisation or running of the event. Event organisers use Skiddle to promote there event and set the prices and allocations of the tickets themselves. As for the booking fee, they are applied to cover the costs of providing a secure ticketing service. We pay the full face value of your ticket to the event organiser, and the booking fee helps us cover the overheads involved in processing your order. I hope this helps. TA Skiddle Customer Support
