“Didn’t appreciate the £3.75 per ticket booking fee . Also asking for too much information . Don’t see why they needed my date of birth yet you can tick a box saying you’d prefer not to say what gender you are!”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. “Great site, appeared very easy to navigate and then downloaded app to access tickets..which was all straightforward..not sure if access will be available on the night so was looking to add to my phone wallet but can't seem to do this..🤞will have no issues at venue as I took a screenshot just incase.”

“All went pretty easy purchasing tickets off skiddle … they want you to download the app or purchase as a guest .. goodness .. they wanted ALL my details !!! I thought it was a bit invasive .. I’ve never been through such a procedure to buy a £10 ticket. Then .. the ticket became £12 after booking fee and another charge … plus a warning about cancellation and no refund popped onto the screen. Not good really … my alarm bells were going off all the time, I felt uncomfortable with the whole process.”

“Easy to use charging for rapid scan ( whatever that is!!)seems another rip off charge along with processing fees,service fees etc that plague the ticket buying system”

“I don’t want to download the app. I just wanted my ticket bar code sent to my email. Not an email asking me to download the app. I am glad I am just visiting and I don’t have to put put of your dark user experience. Stop forcing people to download the app so they can proof purchase!”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
