“We went on a waiting list for tickets Got an email reserving which is great The trouble is I wanted 2 and I wasn’t sure if I had made mistake I booked one wondering if I would ever get one Maybe say we know you have another ticket on the waiting list ? Very stressful as you have no idea what’s happening and it’s no good booking 1 when your in a couple”

“i love skiddle , only thing that i have bad to say is all i can be waiting in que for ages and still not get a ticket which isn’t ideal but happens to a lot of people it’s just your luck , other than that have nothing bad to say”

Hello Teighan, Thank you for your feedback. In regards to the queue, no matter how early you get into the queue, once the onsale starts everyone is then given a random allocation. We allocate random queue positions to ensure fairness for customers. “First time i used the site when I went into app it kept logging me out when I said I’d not used the app before. I clicked yes in the end and it let me in.”

“Booking my tickets was easy, and the pay options are good too. I would have given 4.5 if I could, however, that is because I had to do 2 separate bookings, to get the 12 tickets I required.”
