“Awful site to buy tickets from in the waiting room when i got through all tickets sold do not waste your time all morning waiting how can all tickets be sold by 11.07am. One very disappointed fan of this band”

We believe this limit is enough time for customers to purchase and provides a fair chance for waiting customers to be able to purchase temporarily held tickets if checkout isn't complete. “Only giving 3* as I clicked through from a link and was asked to enter login details, however I already had the Skiddle app on my phone and expected this to be recognised as other sites do, and for the app to open automatically. I couldn't remember my password, or find the gig in the app so was frustrated for a while until I finally guessed which pw was the correct one.”
