“Easy to navigate, order and pay for tickets. Immediate confirmation. What I don't particularly like is having to download another app which you wouldn't be using on a regular basis (My phone is already full) which is what you have to do in order to get your tickets downloaded to PDF. I would rather I was able to access the tickets right away as with some other websites. The other questions in the survey are not applicable as no physical tickets to be sent.”
