“I cannot give a rating fod something that didn't take place. I turned up at the venue only to find no one was there.. The wrong date was on the flyer and apparently it is ment to be nxt Saturady 12 December.”

“Easy booking although being given a time limit is a pain. Also, being able to pay using a payment plan is a great idea as I've always wanted to see Madness but coming up to Xmas always leaves you a bit short. This way we can book tickets & afford to pay for them over 5 months. Outstanding idea😊”

“A great website to get information about entertainment events, and the tickets for those events. From live music to clubbing events, the breadth of information available makes choosing an event to go, or find out more about an event I'm considering going to very easy. The purchasing of tickets was simple and straightforward too, in my experience, from the waitlist queue (which didn't take long to get through), to the purchasing of tickets and getting that all important email confirmation, all done with a minimum of fuss. I've bought tickets through Skiddle before, and have even added my own events in the past, and would be more than comfortable doing so again.”

“Signed up to get discount promo code for event but no email came through to me before cut off date so had to pay full price, I question if this was on purpose! Live chat was a complete waste of time as robotic led answers, no return from email and was not going to waste more money by phoning a premium rate number”

“Had to download the app to get tickets, rather than the website, which cut me out every time l tried to pay for tickets, which caused a bit of a panic as l went through Facebook and thought l’d been scammed again on there. To be fair the app was very straightforward and easy, although it won’t let me download the PDF so l can put in my wife’s birthday card.”

“Went to the grinchmas bottomless brunch (which was not even at brunch time) and nothing about it was grinch themed. I looked like an idiot with my grinch head band on, and the worst part was I got pulled on stage to play musical chairs as if I was 5 years old. I also felt that it was advertised to a younger generation, but everyone there was at least 30+. The Santa clause server was wearing his costume backwards, AND… the grinch was no where in sight.”
