i got my tickets online for the sammy virji and now the app isn’t loading and goes straight off after i tap on it, so i can’t get my tickets

From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Tickets not available for download not after a couple days later. Ridiculous. Payment went straight away. Unless you download and install their stupid and useless app. Still haven't got the tickets

They hide extra charges until you have paid and notice that they have added extras and taken more money than the initial total, overcharged by £20 plus. Very appaulled.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Refund Protection is an opt-in service. When you opt in you agree that you have read the Refund Protection terms & conditions. https://www.skiddle.com/refund-protection-ticketplan.php After reading these terms and conditions, you then have the option to add the protection, or complete your order without. Monster Trucks Mayhem Worcester Racecourse today And what Mayhem it was indeed. A disgrace from start to finish. No organisation whatsoever!! A health and safety disaster. No parking no seating no monster trucks food extortionate price even the carousel was a rip off Our autistic grandson has been looking forward to this since we booked in February. We also bought tickets this week for friends to join us so 8 gutted people. Refund required for two family tickets by return on the grounds of trades description!! We await your reply Sally Evans

If there was a choice for no stars I would choose that!! Dreadful staff, rude and incompetent, so called health and safety ‘expert’ had no clue, acts were rubbish, well the 2 we stayed for! Absolute rubbish. No communication from the organisers prior to the event and never answered any queries sent

Be careful buying tickets. I bought two tickets to see G4 and the concert was cancelled. Skiddle are telling me to be patient and fobbing me off. 2 months later I have still not received my £72 back nor heard from Skiddle

I have been waiting for a refund as promised for an entire year. There are never any updates or feedback, you get the same old automated response of it is with the legal team. I doubt this is the case, I think they believe that customers will just forget about it. I've a good mind to sue the company for the refund and loss of interest for the year

I think people should have the right to refund if not wanting to attend the events I have paid and changed my mind. I haven’t used the tickets nor planning too yet companies like you lot still think it’s acceptable to take my money. I understand I bought it willing to go but people change there mind for all different reasons and I’ll be dammed showing proof on what’s going on in my life just to get a refund. You should look after your customers better instead of trying to rob us. All of you companies are the same and it’s weird. I wouldn’t take money off people then if there asking for a refund not give it to them just sell your tickets to someone else lol bunch of jokers

Hello Bradley, Thank you for your feedback. As agreed upon at Terms and Conditions all tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Please be aware Skiddle is a self service ticketing platform, as such due to the funds not being ours, but the event organisers, we cannot make refund decisions. If you are unable to attend an event we advise you are able to pass your tickets on privately, alternatively, to contact the event organiser directly in order to request a refund. Event organisers are able to make refund decisions as it is their funds. I hope this clarifies Skiddle's position. IJ Skiddle Customer Support Team
