“A new and unnecessarily complex booking system. The tickéts could not immediately be transferred to the iPhone wallet and could not be downloaded as a pdf for a month after booking. This is inconvenient and runs the risk of me losing or not remembering to find the tickets. Please go back to your previous, simpler and more immediate booking supystem when tickets could be printed straight after booking.”

“Disappointing as I signed up for what where supposed to be early bird tickets only to be mislead, as tickets were advertised across the board before general release the a day or two before tickets went on sale. I was hoping to surprise my girlfriend when the night before her friends got in touch to ask if she wanted to go with them. So no surprise at all as I had to tell her I was getting tickets.. Why sign up for early bird when its not?”

“Joined the waiting room about 30 mins before Manchester Village Pride 2026 tickets went on sale. Despite warnings of high interest and being assigned a queue position, once 10am came I was straight through and bought my tickets. So a very easy and convenient process. Just got to see if the tickets are transferable nearer the time as my boyfriend would like his in his digital wallet rather than me having both.”
