“Absolutely awful for customer service. Impossible to get through on phone lines. You’ll either get told to call back later because lines are too busy or you’ll hold for an hour and get disconnected. They don’t respond to chat messages with any expediency if at all. They don’t answer emails full stop.”

“Rum and Reggae Festival Brighton 4th July was a just a festival. There was no rum promotion going on and certainly hardly any Reggae except as background music between acts. If you are into Jungle then this was the place. In the afternoon there was some deep Drum and Bass scattering if Reggae and that was it. Skint l felt was poor Eva was brilliant but sounded similar to Ms Dynamic. One of the organisers spoke to me (in a very tipsy state) I must add saying thst they didn't want too many black people so that they could cater for the more for the locals so kept reggae to the minimum. My friend and l were flabbergasted when we heard this but suffice to say that objective was achieved. I will jot be attending any so called Rum and Reggae Fesitival unless it is held within London.”

“This was our 2nd year at The Britfest and it was absolutely brilliant!! We booked VIP again and we were not disappointed!! 10/10 👏🏻👏🏻 Great comfort!!! Great covered space !! Certainly worth the extra £!! Plus the VIP golden area at the stage made it very special. Great acts! Great stalls! Roll on 2027!”
