“Travel from Cheshire down to see a few friends they organized this bought a ticket and there was probably about 15 people in there in total not impressed at all”

“The booking process was terrible! Many times the system lost the Check-Out process and I lost my reservation of the tickets and they didn`t put them into the basket to refresh or renew the process!”

“A ticket that has a price value of £19 cost me £21:90 for booking fee and skiddle fee. This is outrageous. I was the only one who had to do anything so should not have had to pay any extra. Fed up with being ripped off in this country. You don't print the ticket or send it to me, I do everything. I will be deleting the app as soon as the concert is finished and not use The Engine Rooms again if I can help it.”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr).
