“Process of booking tickets is simple. Only wish I could select paper tickets being sent to me instead of having to get someone to help me work out how to use e tickets. I would pay extra for postage!”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. “I selected the budget plan, but at checkout the whole ticket cost was taken, plus a deposit for a budget plan. Got in touch via the chat box to try and sort the problem out, but still awaiting on a reply.”

“All went well till I select PayPal as the payment, 1st payment taken then Skiddle says passwords didn't match so had to go through the PayPal process again, so paid twice.”
