“I found this very difficult to use. No idea why Camp and Furnace don't just email tickets like any normal organisation. Complicated to set up, link wouldn't work on my phone and barcode won't appear for several weeks. It'll be a miracle if I get in.”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. HT Skiddle Customer Support Team
