“We were really disappointed by the acts this year to the point we left early as our patience had run out. The venue also seemed to care more about profit as the show started 20-25 minutes late which continued during the breaks. Won’t be returning next year”

“I have to admire Skiddle's creativity when it comes to finding new things to charge for. You start off thinking you've found a reasonably priced ticket, then the checkout page appears and suddenly it's like you've wandered into a buffet of fees. Booking fee? Fair enough. Vendor fee? Hmm, okay. Service fee? Why not. Then it feels like there's a fee to process the fees, followed by a small administrative fee for showing you the other fees. By the time you've reached the payment page, you're half expecting a "Congratulations on making it this far" fee and an optional premium fee to avoid reading about the other fees. The platform itself works well enough, but the endless collection of charges leaves you wondering whether you bought a festival ticket or accidentally subscribed to a monthly fee appreciation society. I'd happily use Skiddle more often if the price you first see resembled the price you actually pay. Until then, the checkout process feels less like buying tickets and more like playing a game of "Guess the Final Total." ⭐⭐☆☆☆ – Great for finding events. Less great for finding where all your money disappeared.”

“Was logged on and put in a queue and come 10am I was 2000 place but it refreshed every 30 secs and boom 2 tickets bought in probably 10 mins. Well chuffed daughter”

“What a farce, all the hassle to get a ticket through a painful process to a town carnival for it not to be even checked!?! An absolute joke…what was the reason for the tickets to go and watch the music and use the toilets?”

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF.
