“Skiddle emailed me asking for a review so here is my honest experience. I logged on to purchase a first release ticket literally 1 minute after they were on sale, it allowed me to add my ticket to the basket but by the time checkout loaded told me they were sold out, I believe this is touts buying them all up. To add insult to injury that unavaialble ticket seemed to stay in my basket meaning that I couldn't check out with a 2nd release ticket as I was stuck in a loop with an unavailable ticket in my basket and no actual basket page to remove it. I had to clear my browser cache and cookies to try again. Worse still is the £1 on top of the booking fee to have my tickets emailed to me and the cheek to ask optionally for more at checkout to "fund their projects" always feel like you are being squeezed for that little bit extra when buying tickets and I find it distasteful, even more so because they all do it meaning there is no viable option to avoid. I understand the need to cover costs but this is a step too far and given that you have to add it then it should be part of the displayed price.”

Hi Ben, Thanks for your feedback—we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and high demand can mean items added to a basket are no longer available by the time checkout completes. This is due to the speed at which allocations can sell out. Basket timeouts and availability are outlined in our terms. All fees, including booking and delivery charges, are clearly displayed before payment. Optional contributions are entirely voluntary and can be deselected at checkout. “Wouldnt load at all on my phone, then when I finally got in to book my tickets I realised I was unsure about something so sent a question. Nthing came back - No reply at all.. !!”

“Sorry I over ran the 8 secs to complete ticket aplication. Payment caused a slight delay and I was a bit concerned about geting the tickets but I wil now print off when available. Overall a very good experience.”
