“Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth £30 Per Ticket I attended the K-pop Live show at Freight Island on Saturday with my young daughter, and unfortunately it was a huge letdown on multiple fronts. Timing Issues: The show was advertised to run from 10:30am to 1:30pm. We arrived in plenty of time, but the entertainment didn't start until around 11am, and the K-pop performers didn't come on stage until approximately 11:30am - a full hour late with no explanation or apology. Terrible Setup for Children: The audience was primarily children aged 4-10 with their parents, yet the venue had a standing dance floor layout with no tiered seating. The children couldn't see over the adults in front of them. When we tried to put our daughter on our shoulders so she could actually see the performers, we were told this wasn't allowed due to health and safety. So the children - the target audience - couldn't see the show they came for. There were screens upstairs, but if I wanted to watch on a screen, I could have done that at home for free. Misleading Performance: The performers didn't resemble the characters from the programme at all. As my daughter said, "I don't even know which one is Rumi - she hasn't got the outfit on or look like her." This was really confusing and disappointing for the children. Barely Any K-pop: The K-pop performers sang for only about 30 minutes before taking a break. After the break and more filler entertainment (about 20 minutes), they came back and sang just their top 2 K-pop songs before switching to covers of songs like Taylor Swift. At that point we left early - this was supposed to be a K-pop show, not a generic pop covers performance! For £30 per ticket, this was massively disappointing and felt like poor value. I would not recommend this event to other families.”

“Offers to check out as guest but still makes you give all details and so not really checking out as guest at all. Makes you download the app. Not great. Too busy on each page and there's too many pages to go through. Not easily seen how to pay.”
