Hi Izzy, Thank you for your feedback. Please be aware that Skiddles' refund policy states that refunds can only be issued if events are cancelled or postponed. Skiddle cannot issue refunds without direct authorisation from the event organiser or venue. This means, that we need written proof that the event organiser has agreed to a refund. I hope this helps. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. “Shambles - Can't log on via my phone, the App sends me to my emails, the email tells me to click the link, the link does not work - well done! Workaround - I am able to log on via the website, (I wanted to do it via the App so the tickets cold be put straight into my Apple Wallet). Further problems! Now I'm logged in via the website, in my profile where my tickets are held, it tells me the tickets are not available for download/print for TWO months - why??? I want the tickets now, so the job is done and dusted. I don't have this sort of issue with Eventbrite or Universe?”

Please be aware that Skiddle takes no part in the organisation or running of the event, meaning that we also have no control over when the purchased tickets are released to customers. The event organiser decides when they would like to send the tickets out to customers; this could be months before the event or days before. I hope this helps. TA Skiddle Customer Support Team
