The app is fine and easy to use. The event for what we bought tickets is was the worst one. I will avoid to buy tickets next year for the Staffordshire hot balloons festival.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

Not happy with the booking fee plus extra 50p at. You tell friends cost is £10? Then charge them more. Not good !!!!

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Booking fees are non-refundable - this is across the board with all booking platforms. However, Skiddle are one of the only platforms offering booking fee credit on a future purchase and further information about this can be found within your automated refund email. Not all concertgoers of a certain age who will be attending the type of event will be computer-savvy. You do not make it easy for this group of customers to access and use their tickets. What if they do not have a computer or smartphone or know anything about Apps? The age group with the greatest disposable income and thus your prime target is the 'grey brigade', so why not consider and cater for them?

You'll find that there are as few steps as possible involved when buying a ticket. There's also an 8-minute time frame in place which gives everyone the fairest chance of obtaining tickets especially when they're in high demand as well as being secure for the user. Additionally, it is not essential to have the Skiddle app to access tickets, you are able to download a PDF version of the tickets from your order confirmation email. We ordered our tickets for next year at the Festival venue & not through Skiddle. During the course of the day, we decided we wanted to upgrade our tickets from a 3 day to a 4 day but were not able to do so at the Festival venue, we had to do this via Skiddle website, although tickets are currently not for sale as this was a special purchase over the Festival weekend at the venue only. Upon checking, it said we had a 3 day cooling off period subject to t&c's & were provided with a link to t&c's that made no reference at all to cooling off period. Upon phoning Skiddle, was told the rules around cooiling off period are actually in Skiddle faq's, so why does the hyperlink take you somewhere that does not reference the actual topic? Main issue for me is that we could have cancelled our tickets within the cooling off period & got a full refund & purchased new tickets at Festival weekend price. As we had no idea what the t&c's were re cooling off period, decided not to go this route. Hence, we now still have just a 3 day ticket rather than a 4 day ticket that we want. All too late now as special prices were only available at the festival. This needs to be corrected.

Good day, glad we didn’t arrive until later in the day as there was limited options other than main stage event. With such a big ground expected more, felt huge opportunity by event organisers missed. Who ever the act was 6.30-7.45pm massively killed the vibe and lost a lot of people’s attention. Seemed good option of food stalls, had a pizza which was good quality. Unfortunately over priced drinks as they always are at these events, also very poor quality of drinks. Had to bring to attention lack of toilet roll very early on and credit to the team they soon refilled all loos.

Poor way of ordering tickets online. No problem with a booking fee but object to having to pay extra money to either print or have my tickets on my phone

Line up is great, the facilities... awful! The toilets are shocking. Every year it's the same! There should be 2 sections, one for men and one for women. Also you pay for a VIP ticket and still have to queue for 45 minutes to get into a tent?! Shambles. Sort it out!

Great day and venue despite the weather . The VIP area was embarrassing and not worth the extra cost . The bar ran almost dry half way through the event , no shelter and only 2 sofas which obviously got saturated . Very short sets by the artists and too long breaks setting up between artists .

Skiddle service is great. Unfortunately I can only presume Olympix security who “looked after” save the rave in Liverpool have never had a contract at a big event before, after going to this event for the last four years I will never waste any more time or money, most staff were good but procedures and vip entrance steward ( vest 006 Sandra particularly) seemed to cause more trouble than prevented- completely out of their depth- it’s a shame as music, atmosphere, drinks and food were awesome
