Easy to book yet tickets not available to download for a few weeks. I have booked somethings from other companies months in advance and had tickets available straight away!

Was pretty fiddly to get started, when I just wanted to quickly buy tickets. It should be quicker next time, but as a first user experience it wasn't great

Was trying to book a ticket to join an event to attend with friends. At each stage there were add on extra prices making it more expensive than my friends told me. Kept having to change my password as it was not recognised then couln't sign in to my new account as was told the password was incorrect. Just hoping that the ticket arrives now!

Good however don’t think the value for money was good as spent another £50 or rides and food which was not included in the £40 tickets

Ordered two tickets, received the email confirmation that states two tickets, with the PDF attached, when it printed there was only one ticket! There wasn't a second PDF anywhere! But luckily it was fine at the entrance, as staff could double check the system, to prove I had purchased two tickets.

Very disappointed to pre book tickets then arrive to find out it was cheaper to pay on the gate . There was nothing free there so we paid £23 to park the car .

I think skiddle is good but I think when people need to put in their information that they could be more specific in each box and not having the writing so small as it makes me not want to read it or I miss it as I’m scrolling.

Due to this, ticket prices are subject to change as agreed upon purchase.
