Great day and venue despite the weather . The VIP area was embarrassing and not worth the extra cost . The bar ran almost dry half way through the event , no shelter and only 2 sofas which obviously got saturated . Very short sets by the artists and too long breaks setting up between artists .

Skiddle service is great. Unfortunately I can only presume Olympix security who “looked after” save the rave in Liverpool have never had a contract at a big event before, after going to this event for the last four years I will never waste any more time or money, most staff were good but procedures and vip entrance steward ( vest 006 Sandra particularly) seemed to cause more trouble than prevented- completely out of their depth- it’s a shame as music, atmosphere, drinks and food were awesome

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. Appreciated the notifications about my reserved tickets, but during booking kept saying there weren't 2 tickets available, took several attempts before I could book them.

Don’t understand why you charge 2.50 for each booking .paid £15.09 extra for 6 and it’s just email

Hi King, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. EC Skiddle Customer Support Team

The pricing of the tickets was very good for acts we seen, but the pricing of the food and drink was excessive a complete rip off.

Went to lock and quay Bootle festival Saturday after work and weather couldn't be helped but I feel ticket was a waste of money as by the time I got served I was missing music acts. There need to be accessible toilets and more staff on bars as was too hot in the sun waiting. Would attend again and recommend to people if there were more accessible. I was only there to see the farm and the zutons and didn't see them but you can't control the weather.

Had a good time but the sound quality was poor not very loud at all. The queues for the drinks were horrendous I waited upto 40mins one time, you said there would be water stations to fill up bottles but these were behind the bar so you had to queue to be served even if you just wanted water The queues for the toilets were also so long missed quite a few acts due to being in a queue disco inferno, heatwave and cybil were fab (of what we could hear)

We attended the festival Fri, Sat & Sun. The majority of acts were amazing, but, this event was advertised as a family event! The amount of unacceptable and totally unnasasary swearing/references to alcohol and drug consumption at the parc stage really put a downer on the whole weekend for myself and my friends with little ones. As we were poised for the next round of unnecessary language to be blasted out. I get it's in the T&Cs that some adult content may happen at the parc stage but what we heard was totally unnecessary!!... It didn't need to happen! Food and drink prices were extortionate, toilets gradually got in a worse condition every day we attended. There was definitely a lot of drug use at the event as there was a constant aroma in the air. The security at the gates tried limiting how much water we took in with us even though the T&Cs say there is no limit on soft drinks/water! This weekend was 70-75 degrees Fahrenheit. Obviously, this was just to get a few more £s out of us. We would not use the drinking water supplied as other people were using the drinking water taps to wash their hands after they had been to the unhygienic toilets. Email sent to organisers.

Worse than last year. Headline act was poor & played 90s mixed with new stuff as of aiming for the younger market. Bar and toilet queues huge and tan out of some stock. Lineup reduced very close to the event. Won’t be back.
