I tried over a half hour to book a show. Main trouble is booking in ask for password. It didn't reconize. I tried several times. Put in new password and it still did work. Kept asking for new password as it didn't reconize my address or password. I tried to telephone, I had trouble there, as I didn't understand the question for booking a ticket. Went back to my computer and found the page had finally let me in. This saying they don't reconize me is a bit much as I have booked through your firm for a few years now. Specially when booking for Freddy Experience. Just waiting for my printed copy which I am told it will be on May 17th.,2025 Have a good day. Russell

The main event we didn't watch as the truck broke just before it was starting so we had to leave and not watched it

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. Thanks, LEB

Easy enough to book but they don't give you enough time, just as bank details were given and sent the time ran out leaving me not knowing if money had been taken. Looking again online the seats were not available. Had to wait about 15 minutes to see if the seats I booked came back available which they did. Booked them again. I just hope they haven't taken the money twice....

I think my booking has gone through but it’s not very clear how I get the tickets. I’m not good with computers so don’t know about downloads ets. Would be much easier if you just e nailed the tickets to me don’t understand jpg etc

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. MK Skiddle Customer Support Team

I paid for my tickets almost a month ago but I am not able to get them until the end of June, a sort while before the concert on 19/07/2025. This disconcerting having paid over a hundred pounds and have nothing other than an email to confirm this. Tickets should be available as soon as payment is made. It's like your money has gone into a void for investment and there's nothing you can do about it!

Difficult to progress to payment stage with PayPal. The website was insisting I complete the personal details several times which I did to eventually conclude the transaction.

Easy to make the purchase, but not happy about having to download an app to get my tickets, I sure in the past the were sent in the email and you could just click on them,

OK ordering experience. I don't necessarily agree with charging extra for unavoidable booking fees - the charge should be part and parcel of the advertised ticket cost. Also Skiddle do not support Google Wallet, yet they do support Apple Wallet - it's not any harder to support one system over the other so what is that sort of discrimintation about?!

I found the experience of booking relatively straight forward but I feel like there should be more transparency regarding booking fees and handling fees. My tickets were £7.50 each, perfect £15, easy but then with additional fees it added an extra £5 and I think that’s unfair, everything should be in the total cost.
