Very disappointed, having to use a Mobility Scooter was unable to have access to most of the stalls due too curbs and cobble like flooring.

We believe we were scammed in purchasing “table tickets” The Information Centre had no knowledge of the reservations - everyone was just sitting anywhere they could - there was no Official in attendance to monitor bookings - every table had reserved on it but no one was taking a blind bit of notice of this - in our view a complete scam and dependant on your response we will be taking to FB to make people aware of this

Everything over priced waiting around too long and heavy rains we left after 45 mins as everyone was soaking wet should have some shelter when paying those prices

Not a single mention of how to book tickets for wheelchair accessible areas in venues. Not a single mention of anything in the FAQs to clarify if they are booked through the usual tickets categories and no contact for enquiries

The event was a waste of money for all the hype on Facebook there was 3 fake monster trucks which compromise of 2 passenger suv on lift kits and a mitsubishi l200 on a lift kit. Not sure whom thought of monster trucks but clearly not been to America where they have real monster trucks. Stayed for 10 mins looked n left. Wasted over £40 on a sham.

Nothing wrong with the app, where it shows 'for now' I have purchased a ticket. It had better work though when I travel to the event, as I will not be happy if I am refused entry. Furthermore you are hassling me for a review, when I don't really want to give one and you can be reported to the ICO for not having an 'oot-out' link. You should be thanking me with a gift for taking the trouble to let you know this to save you future hassle. Finally, I cannot print my ticket and have to rely on the app, so no freedom of choice, customers have to just do things the 'Skiddle' way, which is a dictator ship.

Really poor that we only have 20 minutes to respond to reserved tickets on a waiting list as many people work and are not permitted access to their phone. Yungblud is over a month away and you can't allow people a two hour's grace? It's really poor. Not only that, trying to get hold of someone is even more difficult.

Hi Matthew, Re:Sell is an opt-in service which we provide to event promoters to use once the event has sold out and if the event organiser has opted in to use this feature. I like simplicity, but and get my tk, no need for and app and sign up. Complicated and I can get the app, the link doesn't work. Im frustrated because I need my ticket.

You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Absolute scammers re the resell, contacted about why my tickets were not on resell to be told the event needs to be sold out when in the t/c it clearly states the ticket type needs to sold out! So basically they have not advertised my tickets! Not the best experience I’ve had so I won’t be using Skiddle again!

Never received confirmation and could not find my ticket. Luckily the event were willing to let me in based on showing them proof of purchase in my banking app otherwise I would not have been able to get in.

I’ve heard of this happening to others too, and it’s honestly terrifying. But when I reached out for support, Mrs. Mercy and her team didn’t let me down. They got me back on track and helped recover my money
