“Normally great but this was confusing. Signed up for early access and received emails and texts - didn’t realise each message was to a seperate booking link 😵‍💫 why not just one link to keep it simple then people select the day they want to go?! Because if this I almost bought tickets for the wrong day and missed out on g the first release price”

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. A booking fee is added per ticket and is calculated as a percentage of the face value. It's always displayed before you add any tickets to your basket. The booking fee is the margin that Skiddle applies in order to cover the cost of providing a secure ticketing service. It is always displayed clearly before you add any tickets to your basket. In addition to the booking fee, a delivery/processing fee is applied to cover the cost of delivering your ticket. This may include options such as Royal Mail, eTickets, or RapidScan tickets. Only one delivery fee is charged per order, and it typically ranges from 50p to £1.50. This fee supports the systems used to dispatch your order or the technology used for scanning and validating your ticket at the event. It's clearly shown during checkout. “i ordered tickets on my laptop - I don't use a smart phone and unsure how to download an "app". I seems, therefore I am also unable to download tickets even though they are purchased, but have to mark my calendat for some date in the future when you will generously allow my purchased tickets to be downloaded so they can be printed. To be honest, with all this faff, I won't bother buying tickets from an event if it's through your organiisation. Previously I have emailed the tickets through to my phone where I could show them on entry.”

Hi There, Thank you for your feedback. There are many different ways in which you are able to access your tickets. You can locate your order using our handy order finder tool in which you have the ability to resend your confirmation email (https://bit.ly/3WmjLTr). From this email, you can download your tickets as a PDF. Downloading your tickets: https://bit.ly/3WKrGJY You are also able to log into the app to access your tickets in your order history, or via skiddle.com/orders. In order to combat ticket touting and unauthorised duplication of tickets, you may notice that your Rapidscan barcodes have been suspended. This is done by the event organiser and not Skiddle. Skiddle are unable to release your tickets to you any sooner than the date and time stated under your order. Can you elaborate on your feedback, and give suggestions on how we can improve?
