“The event posting should show an option for the event organiser to indicate that a physical ID card is required at entry. Skiddle should show this option so they don’t forget to show it. Not being allowed access to an event because of forgetting to bring an ID is a major disappointment for your customers. It’s your responsibility to make event organisers put that message in the ticket in bold capitals.”

Please be aware Skiddle is a self-service ticketing platform, so it is the responsibility of the event organiser to input all event information.
