“It was a relatively complex reservation, but Rebecca Rimmer quickly understood the issues and said she would let us know the outcome. She was thoughtful enough to phone us back later to tell us the discussion their end would continue to the next day Despite it being her day off she was as good as her word. Later Rebecca also made suggestion on how we could overcome minor issues with our homecoming. Rebecca took away the stress from the booking for four people and gave us peace of mind, in short a superb service for a cruise we all have on our bucket list.”

“Such a great company to book with. Everyone so helpful and they really work as a team. Dan always goes that extra mile. Gets great prices and nothing is too much trouble. Even booked our restaurant reservations on the cruise!”

“We have booked several cruises with Six Star during the last few years and the service and attention to detail has always been excellent from all members of the team. We have spoken to other cruise companies when comparing offers but never get the same confident feeling that we get after speaking with six star team members. They are competitive on pricing and offer good advice on ship details and cabins etc. They arrange all flight and transfer details to and from airports, hotels and ships and we have never had any problems whatsoever when travelling. Their communication by email and over the telephone is always clear, concise and professional. Not all cruise companies are like this for some reason. Well done Six Star.”

“I was lucky enough to get Laura Wing as my travel consultant at a very difficult time in my life! She was so kind, empathetic and I didn’t even question the package she but together for me only eight days before the sale date. I would definitely hope to speak to her again in the future! Seabourn is not inexpensive but delivers everything it promise. Friendly staff, top class food and good entertainment. As a first time solo cruiser I would not have paid so readily normally and would have made comparisons, but she sounded as if she was very eager to be helpful and that was reassuring in itself. I was lucky enough to get a category upgrade in a perfect location on deck six, flights and transfers were seamless and all this gave me confidence. Thank you Laura. The cruise was a great success and I will certainly go on another one in the future.”

“Customer services prior to our cruise was excellent. Rebecca Rimmer always ensures attention to detail. Rebecca has arranged a number of holidays for us and they have all been excellent. Our last cruise was certainly something special , and excellent value for money.”
