“Superb customer service from our Concierge Phil, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and he ensured that all of our requirements for the cruise were fulfilled and that he would be available for anything further that we may require, overall a first class service and experience.”

“Excellent booking procedure and Clare was extremely helpful. Good to know that she will be our dedicated support in future and gave me a specific telephone number. That makes all the difference. Very much looking forward to sailing on Marina again because we had our first cruise on her and thought the ship, and especially the food!, were fantastic. Phil”

“Another Oceania cruise and package booked with Shirley with ease and professionalism. No fuss: an e mail, a couple of phone calls, she has all our details, and the deed is done at super speed! “Enquired today about a cruise with Ponant. We spoke to Rebecca Rimmer, who was exceptionally professional but also very personable and knowledgable. She put us at ease immediately and went that extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted from the cruise. Rebecca even reviewed the same cruise on a different date to get us a better deal. We’re booked and can’t wait to go.”

“It is/was my first time liaising with Shirley McCue on booking a cruise. Compared to other agents I have dealt with in the past, this interaction felt more personal and customised versus the 'normal' transactional ones. “As always Rebecca Rimmer always goes above and beyond on her customers service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She always aims to get the best price she can even if it means trying other airlines to get a cheaper flight or a better flight. On a number of occasions she has answered my email even though she maybe on holiday on on a day off. She is always in touch before we go away to make sure we have no problems. She is also in touch after our holidays to gather information about the holiday which could help other customers.”
