“Customer services prior to our cruise was excellent. Rebecca Rimmer always ensures attention to detail. Rebecca has arranged a number of holidays for us and they have all been excellent. Our last cruise was certainly something special , and excellent value for money.”

“We have usedsix star for a few years now. we had Lisa who was great but she moved on. so this year we had Elizabeth and she has given us great service and worked hard to find us the right cruise at the best price. we are now looking forward to our next cruise later this year many thanks”

“Superb customer service from our Concierge Phil, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and he ensured that all of our requirements for the cruise were fulfilled and that he would be available for anything further that we may require, overall a first class service and experience.”

“Excellent booking procedure and Clare was extremely helpful. Good to know that she will be our dedicated support in future and gave me a specific telephone number. That makes all the difference.
