“I spoke with Phil Davies on the phone to finalize my booking for a group cruise. As someone who doesn't live in the UK and isn't a native English speaker, I found the phone process straightforward and thank him for his professional and friendly assistance so far.”

“We are delighted to have a dedicated cruise concierge, Shirley, with Six Star Cruises when enquiring about a holiday. We haven’t used Six Star Cruises before and so far the service has been six star! Shirley has been very welcoming, informative and patient while we considered all the options before placing our booking. There was no hard sell, just straight forward information and a lovely rapport making the process easy and enjoyable. We know we can contact Shirley direct to answer any queries we may have which is good to know. Thank you.”

“Initially as first time users of Six Star Cruises we were very disillusioned with the service as twice we could not get through on the phones and when we requested a call back, it never happened so we resorted to the chat. This worked well and we were delighted with the service provided by Sandie. She was efficient, knowledgeable and tried her upmost to deliver our travel plans. We ended up booking an Explora Journeys cruise, flights we booked ourselves as we did not want hold luggage which was not an option with the package. Sandie will now be on our speed dial for all holiday bookings in future. 10/10 for customer service Sandie 👍”

“Another excellent booking experience with Rebecca. She always achieved what we asked for and this resulted in another perfect Regent cruise. Thank you. On our previous cruise we had a late afternoon flight and we enjoyed a excursion around Athens before travelling to the airport. This time on Voyager Tuscan Summer this facility was not available; consequently, we had to spend a long time at Lisbon airport.”

“Yes Shirley McCue was very helpful Evan through she dident get the commission for our trip (so I understand) as booked direct but in USA Hence due to time difference made communication difficult. So we opted to change to a uk agent. All went well”

“Donna was really helpful and easy to deal with. She worked hard to find the best deal for us and even found an alternative pre-cruise hotel that better suits our needs. “Just back from another amazing cruise booked by Laura Wing at Six star cruises. Laura is great at remembering our preferences such as cabin location and pre cruise stay. Whilst on the cruise I was chatting to some women and someone asked who we booked with I said Laura Wing and someone else said "I use her she is great". We can't all be wrong. I can't wait for my next trip as I know she will look after us.”
