Laura was very personable and knowledgeable. Was a bit disappointed we couldn't get the cruise at the advertised price, but, it was still a bargain. Time will tell ..let's hope all goes well..

This package was highlighted to us by Stacey Williams. The decision process was assisted by Stacey who provided all the information needed. I later git an overdue payment notice which was a concern and we were told it was a system error. The booking isn’t yet showing on mysilversea

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful teams, excellent choice of cruise programmes with keen pricing, but there has been a noticeable deterioration in telephone answering times. There is no doubt that the Covid situation and national government attitudes and requirements have had a significant impact on the travel industry and of course the clients. Needs to Improve Quickly.

We were told we could pay a deposit 3200 and told balance due 9/12/22 but following day received a RED over due balance. We're we had to call again and clear account.

Its the first time with 6 star and we spoke to Dan. He was very competent and explained things to us. He did say we would get documents in an email that we would need to print off. I told him we dont have a printer and have asked for all paperwork to be sent in the post. I hope that is on our records. The email I got from you yesterday told me to go into "Manage my bookings". I tried to do this all day and could not get in. At the end of the day I decided to change the name to my name and my date of birth and not my husbands and I eventually got in. But that was frustrating. I actually emailed you to tell you I was having this problem but I didnt get a reply. I hope you reply to emails in future.

Would’ve given 5 stars but, unfortunately, after sales service has been really poor but, above all, disappointing. We had a problem with transfers and this still hasn’t been resolved nearly 8 weeks after I initially wrote. The booking process, the holiday itself, the ship and every else was amazing. Laura Wing and Sarah Hull have been very professional and knowledgeable. I am on my third cruise this year with you so I do have faith, it’s so frustrating that I feel let down by the aftersales, reflected in the questions below, which seems unfair as otherwise it would’ve been five stars. Also, I think that your web site needs improving to make it easier to navigate, so annoying when going back and forth.
