I have been a client of SSC for quite a few years. Have built up a really good relationship with our concierge Andrew Whittle who knew what we wanted and always delivered. Sadly my husband passed away last year and Andrew was So caring and supportive for which l will always be grateful. Very sad to be losing him as my concierge It totally delighted with his very well deserved promotion,. I have booked another cruise and introduced a new client to SSC, but l have to say the service and booking process has been fractured and confusing. I was handed to Tracy who would take over from Andrew, then discovered l was with Melissa and then told l would be handed back to Tracy! Not good enough or to the High standard l have come to expect from SSC. I am now facing cruising on my own And that is not easy which is why continuity is very important to me and sadly this hasn’t happened.

We have had in the region of 30 cruises and every other agent we used took care of every detail for us. However with this company anything you wanted such as changing seats on the flights, downloading boarding passes etc they threw back at you to do yourself. Furthermore we were given conflicting information by different agents which could have resulted in missing our flight. The final thing was disembarkation, I don’t know if this was the fault of the agent or Azamara, but it was a complete shambles with the promised transfer to the airport not arriving. I will never use them again.

We had to cancel our cruise due to illness, COVID, we contacted Tracy at Six Star customer services who put us in touch with Helen Conway who agreed to discuss our problem with Seabourn our cruise provider and get back to us. We are rather into our OAP status and not too good with the effects of COVID and asked if she could get back before too long. As agreed Helen called and within 3 hours had sorted our cancellation with Seabourne and organised a refund. We era so relieved and most grateful to Helen at SIx Star.

We have had an amazing booking experience with Rebecca Rimmer. Rebecca has gone above and beyond to finalise our booking. We would definitely recommend Rebecca to our friends and family. Thank you Rebecca, due to you , we feel completely positive and excited to go on our unbelievable holiday.

I have no complaints. Any time I have needed to contact Dan Mahon he has come back to me promptly. He has been very patient and helpful.

Started off very well with the original booking but then went downhill !!!I had to contact them several times and never spoke to the same person, although most of the team were helpful. We had 3 transfers booked from Airport/Hotel/Port and none of them arrived on time, one was half an hour late and we had to phone them twice, also the vehicles were not in good condition, one was all bashed in at one side. This was the first time I have used Six Star as I have previously booked direct with the cruise line and have never had any issues.

Knowledgeable, helpful friendly. Very good. Would be nice if you didn’t have to wait so long for someone to answer the phone when your personal concierge is not at a work day. Sandie is always great

It took 4 days, two incorrect quotes and 7 and half hours of my time on the phone. Finally on Monday our holiday was booked. Tried sending three emails since and none have been responded too. Never experienced this low level of service from Sixstar cruising before. Always dealt with Andrew freeman very professional, shame he is not around still. Helen Scroggs

I had to cancel my cruise that we booked due to our financial situation but 6 weeks on and I have still not received my refund. Impossible to get through on the phone unless you want to make a new booking.

My first experience of booking through Sixstarcruises has been excellent so far. Melissa was very helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have only just booked in the last week but everything went well and all my queries dealt with quickly and efficiently without any heavy sales pressure but enough contact to keep me interested.

As per previous reviews, Stacey Williams is the best. She is courteous, knowledgeable and goes out of her way to help. She is always available to answer your questions and queries you may have. We have booked yet another cruise on Silversea for December 2023. Thank you Stacey.

Lisa Mallon and Stacey Williams have dealt with my queries & eventual booking on Seabourn Pursuit to Antarctica. Found a great offer on Regent Seven Seas for the Rocky Mountaineer plus Cruise and asked Stacey to book it. this was sorted out very quickly and she helped us find an excellent Cabin on the ship.
