“What has made booking a cruise with Sixstar such a pleasurable experience has been the genuine warmth and friendliness of the consultants I have dealt with. My calls have been answered promptly and I've been quickly transferred to an agent who can deal with my enquiry. In particular, Shirley McCue has gone the extra mile to make sure my booking has been to my exact requirements at the same as making me feel like a valued member of the family, not just a paying customer!”

“We have just booked for the first time with Six Star cruises. The experience was very impressive. Elizabeth Wright, who answered the phone gave me her direct number and will personally handle our business. She then listened to our rather vague brief and returned later that day with 3 cruises that she thought may meet our needs. One in particular looked ideal and we wouldn't have found it without her work. The booking process was then very smooth and the price and package was very competitive.”

“Its the first time with 6 star and we spoke to Dan. He was very competent and explained things to us. He did say we would get documents in an email that we would need to print off. I told him we dont have a printer and have asked for all paperwork to be sent in the post. I hope that is on our records. The email I got from you yesterday told me to go into "Manage my bookings". I tried to do this all day and could not get in. At the end of the day I decided to change the name to my name and my date of birth and not my husbands and I eventually got in. But that was frustrating. I actually emailed you to tell you I was having this problem but I didnt get a reply. I hope you reply to emails in future.”

“I was impressed with both the professionalism and friendliness of the consultant Dan McMahon , I had made enquiries with three other cruise companies when Dan called me back and although I had virtually made my decision to go with one of the others after my dealings with Dan and because of his approach ,his courtesy his understanding of my needs on this trip I changed my mind and booked with Six Star , their follow-up and attention to detail made me realise what a wise decision I had made , cannot reccomend highly enough thank you Six Star and special thanks to Dan”
