Found a great offer on Regent Seven Seas for the Rocky Mountaineer plus Cruise and asked Stacey to book it. this was sorted out very quickly and she helped us find an excellent Cabin on the ship.

Service always good especially from Lisa Mallon. Very helpful. However, she is not always available and no one else seems to be able to pick up her bookings. Would be improvement if all agents could be trained to answer queries or process all bookings.

It was terrific dealing with an alteration with such a knowledgable and helpful concierge. Estelle Peachy was very helpful and within 24 hours we were booked on an alternative cruise.

We had a first class experience with Sarah. Pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Rang back when she said she would. Chose our cabin for us. Absolutely delightful service.

Booked our Azamara cruise with Chris. We have booked with 6star before and always found them efficient and effective and again Chris was very helpful and informative.

The whole process could not have been simpler. We were booking our first cruise and the booking agent could not have been more helpful. A very efficient service - I wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.

Generally very good. Really lovely girl helped. Very slight comment is, it would have been useful to be told about the flight options back from Bali. I was unaware quite how difficult it is. But I have now resolved that. So in the end it’s not a problem. I had said I wanted cruise only, so it wasn’t really her fault, but still would have been useful to have the conversation about before and after the cruise. Otherwise, very good service.

I have been booking with sixstar for years but have noticed recently they aren’t as good. I am due to cruise with AZAMARA in July but although I had booked a full package with them, flight,transfers and cruise I only found out by pure chance that my flight had been changed to the previous day, no notification from Azamara and no notification from sixstar. Trying to contact six star is virtually impossible these days without at least an hours wait on the phone, the guy I booked through is on holiday and the person standing in for him just sent me a copy of my booking, completely useless. I think it’s time to try one of the other agents

From start to finish Lisa Mallon was excellent! She was relentless in her pursuit of getting us good flight times through Azamara who were difficult to get through to. Cannot fault Lisa in any way. However, when Lisa wasn’t available we spoke to 3/4 other concierges who did not appear to be particularly able to help. We would suggest concierges working in teams to be able to always have access to someone who can actively assist all days that Sixstar are open. This would cover absences and holidays of a customers main concierge.

Unfortunately through no fault of Six Star Cruises we’ve been waiting for the flight locator code so we can book our seats. Azamara is the problem, I’ve contacted them twice and there not the most helpful. I know it’s difficult times, but how hard is it to get this number. Andrew whittle is fabulous very helpful you’ve got a good one there. Other than this problem Six Star is very good.
