“My cruise concierge at Six Star is Shirley McCue who personally and professionally discusses and handles every aspect of my bookings from first approach and costing, through to telephoning me directly on my return from holiday to see how I enjoyed the experience! When unavailable, a telephone call with another colleague will suffice and set the ball rolling until her return, as happened this week when Ben stepped in, sealed the deal in one telephone call, collected payment, and I'm on the gangplank again in weeks! Marvellous 6* service with competitive pricing in a caring manner. Thank you.”

“Once you get a good conceirge who looks after you professionally everything is great. Beware though if you are handed across to the ' colleugues/team'. Who knows what could happen then?”

“Erin has always been marvellous in sorting out my bookings and doing her best to give me a good price. I don’t deal with the post booking people - takes too long to get through and often not able to resolve the issue. Erin however helps sort out even the most minor of issues. Even if I don’t book she is happy to go through a quote to clarify things.”
