“I have booked with Six Star Cruises many times over the years and they were usually very efficient and helpful. Unfortunately, after COVID, the service level slipped badly, and I began to experience unacceptable levels of service. This caused me to use alternative travel agencies, to book cruises. On this occasion, however, I decided to give Six Star another try and Laura Wing dealt with my enquiry. She was extremely professional, courteous and efficient, and she booked the cruise with the minimum of fuss.. Which is the service I expect when booking a cruise through Six Star.. I hope this improvement becomes the norm again!”

“Katie Austin my lead concierge was brilliant. Finding me the best deal for our itinary in a river cruise. Will definitely use again for all our holidays. And unknown to me their head quarters is near me in Chorley!!! Awesome.”

“The whole booking process was smooth and faultless. My questions were answered clearly and in a timely manner, nothing was too much trouble. At no time did I feel under pressure to make the booking with Erin extending my option with Silversea a number of times which allowed me to confirm flights etc. I will definitely book my next cruise with Erin at SixStar Cruises. and recommend to fiends and colleagues.”

“Dan was extremely knowledgeable and professional ,from our first online chat to then a telephone conversation. He checked availability for our preferred airline and airport and confirmed the best suites that where available on Explora 2 . We have cruised many times but this was our first booking with Six Star Cruises. I can highly recommend our first experience with them . Thanks Dan”

“Excellent Service. It only took a couple of phone calls and emails to arrange our cruise. Elizabeth spent time finding out what we wanted from our holiday and arranged the whole package; including pre and post stays, transfers and flights. The hotels she recommended would appear to be just they type of hotel we would have chosen ourselves, but saved us the time searching on the internet. She was professional, knowlegable and friendly. Sharing her own experiences of cruising was beneficial to us as cruise newbies. We can now happily sit back and look forward to our cruise in the knowledge that everything has been arranged from start to finish.”

“I have used Six Star Cruises many times. I wouldn't unless I was happy with them. I have recommended another couple on the same cruise so hope they are happy too. Stacey Williams is my usual conceige, who is on holiday at the moment, but Katie was very couteous and helpful too.”

“As first timers, we have so much to learn and a great deal of information to assimilate. Thankfully, we came across Kat Trinder, a concierge with a superb knowledge base and the patience of a saint! No question has been unanswered and no concern, however fundamental has been unattended. It is making this part of the cruise an absolute breeze! What a great way to start!”
