Laura was very helpful as was Lisa, top marks to both.
However, when Laura was out of the office, I phoned back to book on the number Laura had given in an email and was cut off 3 times!!! Twice after holding for 6 minutes without speaking to anyone and on the other occasion cut off after explaining that I wanted to book a cruise for which Laure had quoted. Someone clearly couldn't be bothered picking up someone else's quote. Top marks to Lisa who processed the booking with great thoroughness after I phoned the 0800 number.
