“The representative Lisa Mallon was most helpful, knowledgeable, professional with a nice manner. She got answers to my queries very promptly and the end result was far better than I expected. As a result I proceeded to make a booking.”

“As always Stacey finalised our latest booking for our 2026 back to back cruises most efficiently and secured our optimum cabin selection. It is always a pleasure to deal with her. She is currently managing our other trips scheduled for 2023/24 and 25 and we would not look further than Six Star ( Stacey )for Regent. .”

“I phoned Six Stare Cruises and I had the good fortune to have the 'phone answered by Claire She has a perfect 'phone manner obviously loves her job - she took me through all detail of the Cruise we were interested in booking. Having booked she emailed me full details including flights within the hour. She is certainly a excellent member of your team.”

“Erin the cruise consultant was very thorough and helpful when I rang to enquire about a couple of cruises. She went to a lot of effort to find flights which fitted in with the cruise I was interested in. She followed this up with an e mail containing all the information. I rang the next day to book the cruise, and again she was very thorough and went over all the details of the cruise. She did not rush me and explained everything. She was very helpful and pleasant.”

“We have booked with Erin before and on this occasion, the process was just as efficient and enjoyable as before with Erin. Erin spent time exploring options including flights before we arrived at the cruise we selected with the flights that worked for us. The general approach is always friendly and knowledgeable whether it be a sea cruise or a river cruise holiday.”
