Just finished telephone call with Six Star Cruises (Shirley), after a lot of research in to the Regent Seven Seas Navigator Cruise, Crests of North Sea Coast, 16 nights from 23 Jul 2023, for a Penthouse Suite (C) only to be told that this was no longer available but a Penthouse Suite (B) was available but for £200 per person more, BUT the business class flights and 1 night pre-cruise hotel stay, as advertised were NOT included in this price. I was told the business class flight from Copenhagen back to London Heathrow would be an extra £199 per person. On line the BA business class fare for the same flight is £204 per person, so how come they ask for £199 more. In total without the pre-cruise hotel stay, the extra cost would be £800. So with the hotel stay and transfer to the ship it would be over £1000. This is frustrating and annoying. It is not even so much about the cost! It is just the false marketing (an error by Six Star / Regent). I also feel sorry for Shirley, who did her best, who has to go through this and me saying forget it! Whe I questioned the extra cost for the business class flights, quoting first the BA fare, Shirley said, 'Well, this is Regent' So what does this say? I have actually used Six Star in the past but for cruises with Seabourn, to the Mediteranean and Caribbean.

Last year we did have problems due to staff issues at 6* cruises. This year so far the booking has been smooth and the staff helpful. They have returned my calls and dealt with our issues well.

Shirley McCue has helped us find a great holiday. We were not the easiest clients as we had to refuse may ideas simply due to our dates and kennels commitments. We will definitely use Shirley McCue for future holidays.

Donna Worsnip your a legend!! Late decision to cruise early next year for some winter sun and within 24 hours we had the deposit paid and everything booked at a great price on a cruise with a port day every day. Great service and wonderful communication meant we had a number of options available to us. Confirmation of travel dates and suite availability was immediate and the group offer made it a very palatable cost. WELL DONE ONCE AGAIN DONNA....... YOUR A STAR.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful and patient as we booked our first cruise since the COVID. She gave us options and allowed us time to think through all of the alternatives. Confirmation documentation arrived very quickly. Absolutely no complaints with booking service by Six Star concierge but why on earth can't Six Star rebuild their website - it has been the most user-unfriendly website in the holiday industry for years.

Lovely Erin always gets back to me, sends me information and advises me of offers. I like that Erin always reminds me of reservation dates and helps me sort my flights. Exceptional service with competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

I found booking our cruise with Claire a pleasant experience however some 2 weeks after booking for 4 of us I am still waiting for confirmation of the booking with Silversea and my deposit payments.

After returning from my first cruise I was bitten by the cruise bug and decided to book my next experience. I came across six star cruises website and appreciated the clarity and ease of finding information. I made an enquiry and was promptly called back by an agent who was very helpful. I had a few difficult criteria of bolting on a pre- and post cruise stay and was greatly assisted by Stacey in finding the perfect solution. I am now counting down the days until we depart again…
