“I always marvel at the responsiveness and help given by Stacey W. Booked a regent trip with her last year and was blown away by the service. Actually got a better quote by another Agency for a Silversea cruise in 2024, but I've booked it through Six Star purely because I know the service I will get from Stacey will be six star in every way. I do have one grumble about Six Star, but it's directed at Management not Stacey. Why on earth can you not organise airport taxis for us as part of our booking? It's 2023, we live in the world of Uber, Lyft and so on. And every other agency I use can do this for me with no problem. Come on Six Star it's not rocket science! But overall a great agency.”

“The staff at Six Star cruises are very helpful - once you actually get them. My own experience is, that they were struggling to cope with the number of callers, I did not get called back when I was told I would be, it took ages to get an agent on the phone in the first place, and I then (after paying what the agent requested as a deposit) got an email the next day, demanding the balance as it was overdue! This is not what I expect from Six Star, I've booked with them before, and not had this hassle. The girls whom I spoke to however were very helpful and got my cruise booked.”

“I have been booking cruise holidays with Six Star Cruises since 2010 and have always been extremely satisfied with their customer-focused approach and attention to detail. Though any of the Sales Team provide the same professional level of service, I have developed a particularly close friendship with Emma Grey who has often gone that 'extra mile' to ensure that our final holiday arrangements meet our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Six Star Cruises to anyone looking for a Travel Company to manage the increasing complexity associated with making holiday arrangements.”
