The service was slow to answer the phone,but Nicki was very helpful,although the computer was slow in operating. I then waited for an hour to be given the details and cost of the cruise. I can’t fault Nickie but the next day it took another ten minutes to be put through again. I haven’t as yet received a reply to my question.

Laura was very professional while being friendly and informative. The process was easy and streamlined for our cruise in May 2022. All questions answered and Laura was knowledgeable.

I really enjoy my booking experiences via Six Star Cruises. My agent Claire Tylor is fantastic and very helpful. She makes the whole experience so easy. She spends endless time researching different options for me and always follows through on my different requests .

We were looked after very well by Grace. She gave us good advice in helping us to choose our cruise and was very patient when we were changing our mind on selection. We will contact her next time when we are considering another cruise

Difficult to contact as there is something wrong with Six Star emailing system, as mail shows to have been sent by Six Star but certainly not received by client, and not in Spam. Sent emails direct and received at Six Star but they could not send them back.

I can only compliment Dan who booked my cruise and will sort out a cancellation of another sadly. Dan is very professional and thoughtful. I have booked a few cruises now hopefully get to go on one soon. I can recommend Six Star cruises. Thank you 😊

I wished to add another cruise to link up with an existing cruise to become a B2B and Scott came to my assistance 100%. Within a few minutes, he had spoken to Azamara and rearranged my booking even confirming that I had the same stateroom Well done Scott

Excellent service and friendly accommodating staff. Booked a few cruises over the years, prior to covid, and always received excellent service. Lisa Mallon has booked all the cruises and goes above and beyond to make sure the whole experience is exactly right. Looking forward to our August cruise.

This is for now solely based on the initial booking experience. When we first phoned all the “concierges” were busy, but we had a very quick call back from Stacey. She came across as friendly, conscientious and very knowledgeable, and was happy to spend a considerable time making sure that she understood our requirements, and that we were happy with what we were booking, as well as double checking that she had all our details correct. On this showing it is fair to say that we were well impressed.

Original booking ok,but went wrong when I tried to change it to a different and later cruise on the advise of customer services. I was put on an amendment list and heard nothing for 3 weeks .now sorted by Claire Taylor using her initiative

I am pleased to hear that Claire was able to correct this issue for you. I am sure that you will appreciate that this is a very difficult time for all concerned and the Travel Industry has been particularly hard hit due to the volume of guests travel arrangements affected by this awful virus. We are sorry it is taking longer than we would like to process customers requests and are pleased to advise we are ongoing with our recruitment drive and are training some of the best customer service agents in the industry. In addition, we have also opened up our brand new online chat portal which has helped with current customer hold times.
