By taking time to get to know my requirements and understand what I am looking for she has been able to support my search for the “right” cruise. “Very impressed with the efficiency, politeness and helpfulness of the young lady, Emma Gray, who dealt with our enquiry very promptly and explained all the details of the cruise. “Dirty and floor in shower room has broken floor very dangerous . Windows so dirty that we couldn’t see through them . The off shore tours are extremely expensive.”

“I have received great service, advice and information from Laura. She has been incredibly patient and has sought answers/information to the many (sometimes obscure) questions I have asked her. Her latest challenge is provision of 2 yoga mats in our cabin - I have every confidence she will have this arranged!”
