“It would have been very good but the first delivery was damaged and I had to contact them when replacement didn't come. However, when I called, the response was swift and efficient and I was very pleased with the product.”

“I called to your premises to purchase an item and despite the office and counter being under alteration, the service was excellent particularly from the lady who provided the customer service. The product met my needs perfectly. Although an individual purchaser with no volume buy potential I would definitely use your company again.”

“We were impressed with the original service we received. Unfortunately the item purchased was not suitable and had to be returned. Over a month on we are still awaiting credit for this item having also paid the £35.00 collection charge we are still £250.00 out of pocket”

“We had some problem with the kitchen tap I ordered so it took a couple of months to arrive. Apparently each time it came in and was checked there was something wrong. I did get a bit nervous about this, particularly with companies going bust all the time, but as it was a good price (less than John Lewis), I hung on. S-T.Com were very helpful and reassuring when I pestered them for info. Now it is installed and looks and functions great!”
