“Delivery was timely, and product (brass kitchen pillar tap) seemed as advertised - but the sprockets on each tap head do tend to work loose and require tightening/reattaching periodically. Quality otherwise satisfactory.”

“Thank you for a very easy transaction,your sales were excellent,I was not sure about an item I had bought regarding buying spare parts,but she found out all relevant information and contacted me as promised with pricing and availability. “I had purchased a basin tap from this website, which has been in stock. Next morning message had arrive, that taps are not in stock, but will be delivered within 10-14 days. 3 weeks later i've still been waiting for taps. After chasing customer services about 4 times, i've cancelled my order. In a couple of weeks had checked my account, money had not been refunded. Chased them again. Shocking! Never again!”
