“Excellent service, However, it is a shame that they do not use their own transport any more, but understand that it was un-viable in the current climate. Although, personally having experienced this would say that it was worth paying a little more for.”

“I didin't have any complaints whatsoever and delivery was as promised, everything in excellent condition and saved myself quite a bit of cash by buying through Sinks and Taps as opposed to B&Q, would recommend to others”

“I ordered a 'hot water' tap from Sinks-taps and it arrived on the due date. However when my plumber came to fit it two weeks later he discovered they had sent the wrong one. Everyone makes mistakes but I truly believe that it is how a company reacts when they have that differentiates between poor and great customer service. Sinks-taps were great. Even though it had been a few weeks they agreed to change the tap and delivered the new one the next day and took the wrong one away. It has now been fitted, looks great and works perfectly. Thanks guys!”

“Product was in perfect working order, at a good price, and exactly what I was looking for. However, the packaging was a little shoddy …and initially I wasn't sure if my item was correct, as there was no invoice attached. It was, but paperwork would have been nice.”

“The sink I ordered was not in stock and new supplies were delayed. SINKS-TAPS offered me alternatives but I did not want an alternative. I decided to wait for the sink of my choice. SINKS-TAPS kept me informed of delays which I accepted. My sink was finally delivered some weeks later than first promised but as I was not in a hurry I did not mind. My sink is fabulous, it was worth the wait !!”
