“Very functional mixer tap, had your last tap for about 8 years but the spout and taps didn't wear very well on the outside and looked very worn consequently we bought our present tap.and hope it wears a little better.”

“The telephone ststem is answered promptly. The service offering is excellent having explained I wanted to order a sink but may not have to use it. Could I return it if that were to be the case. Yes, with only a return shipping cost to pay. This was ideal for me and the delivery was prompt. I did need to return the goods and paid the £35 carriage charge but have not received credit for the goods -yet. This was all 2 months ago and I have had to raise this as a query. The automatic system is not working automatically!”

“Right from the first contact the staff are very well trained and have in depth knowledge of all their products.I was kept informed on delivery date and time.The delivery driver unwrapped all items and checked for any damaged goods and was very thorough.All the items had been double inspected before despatch.Highly recommended ,would not hesitate to order again.”

Hi Conrad. A member of our customer services team spoke to you about the delay by telephone. We delivered all the bathroom products within 2 weeks which was longer than normal. As we sell around 13,000 products we do sometimes have problems with items selling out. Sorry if we caused any inconvenience due to the delay.
