“service was excellent received soon after order sink had been checked prior to delivery and found ok taps look great (just waiting for them to be fitted had problem with fitter but that another story)”

Hi. We sent a high value product to Sweden and have to use a quality carrier service that also offers the correct level of insurance. You did agree to the delivery cost originally!

“Generally very pleased; got the product I wanted at avery good price. That said I was taken aback at having to pay an extra £15.00 for "free" shipping because my UK address is in N. Ireland. I may well have missed something in small print on the site; but, nevertheless, it took the good out of what was, otherwise, an excellent purchase/transaction.”

“I have used this company twice now to purchase Villeroy Boch sinks. Their customer service is excellent and all items are delivered on time and well packed. I could not find the products i wanted cheaper anywhere else on the net.... Highly recommended!!”
