“I'm livid. A splashback arrived dented and scratched. This was only apparent after the fitters examined it (they come covered in a protective film, which clearly wasn't that protective). Because of the time delay of just over three weeks Sinks-Taps.com told me I couldn't have a refund. I mailed the manager to query this and have so far not received a reply. On this basis I would never use Sinks-Taps.com again.”

“After a check on delivery parcel was left on ground floor of block for thrives to take! The company boss took no responsibility and screamed like a banshee at my complaint ! Unprofessional and disturbing !!”

“I had a problem with the tap I purchased, it leaked. Sinks-Taps would not deal with the issue. They said that once they had sold the tap it ceased to be their problem and I had to deal with the manufacturer. The manufacturer told me that this was a Sinks-Taps problem. I went back to Sink-Taps who said they would not let me return the tap because it had been used. I still have a leaking tap!!!! Very unhappy and would never use them again.”

“Conflicting emails from initial order. Did not appear to be effective communication between departments. As a customer I would have to think twice about ordering from the company again.”

“You tell these guys that you do not wish to purchase the extra plumbing parts as you can get them cheaper. They charge you for it and send it, when you ? It they say you requested. Rip off..... To sell add on's. when challenged and requested refund no communication cost me £20 extra got pipe that you can buy from b&q for £3”

“the tap was sold as being fitted with an aerator, when the tap arrived it did not have an aerator and the jet of water was far too fierce, the company refused to take back the tap, and insisted the aerator was fitted further up the neck of the tap (obviously not understanding the concept of how an aerator works) but interestingly removed the word aerator from the description. I would not buy anything from this company again, very poor”
