“Good product but I thought delivery charges were a bit much. You cannot choose date of delivery & if you miss the delivery then there is a £45 redelivery charge”

“The sink took a little while to arrive. The delivery driver was exceptionally kind and helpful. Now the sink is fitted it is really lovely and the tap is very elegant - enjoying washing up.”

“Very good customer service as I was allowed to exchange an item quite some time after delivery, due it having been supplied with the incorrect finish (Chrome instead of Brushed Steel) The box hadn't been opened prior to us being ready to fit, so it was pristine, but it was a few months after purchase, so thank you. It would have been a shame to have to install one chrome item in a kitchen otherwise full of brushed steel :-)”
