“Sink and taps arrived next day.Found blemishes on the sink drainer and basin section.Contacted the supplier who sent a tube of renewal paste,which despite my reservations,did the trick.”

“I ordered a 'hot water' tap from Sinks-taps and it arrived on the due date. However when my plumber came to fit it two weeks later he discovered they had sent the wrong one. Everyone makes mistakes but I truly believe that it is how a company reacts when they have that differentiates between poor and great customer service. Sinks-taps were great. Even though it had been a few weeks they agreed to change the tap and delivered the new one the next day and took the wrong one away. It has now been fitted, looks great and works perfectly. Thanks guys!”

“The customer service staff were excellent and provided help and support without being too 'pushy'. I used Pinterest when deciding what to buy and had responses from Sinks-Taps almost immediatey. A refreshing prcess and would definitely recommend.”

“I bought a chrome double sink unit and just love the product - the quality is excellent and the plumber found the installation simple. The service provided to me was excellent - I had originally chosen a different product and when I changed my mind there was no difficulty and I appreciated the patience shown to me! I would recommend this company and their products based on my experience.”

“I tried to complete the purchase on line but the anti-virus software on my PC did not let me complete the purchase. Sink-Taps phoned me the following morning to ask if I had problems with the order process and offered to take the order and payment by 'phone. I accepted and the items were delivered the next day. That is what I call service. JD”

“Product was in perfect working order, at a good price, and exactly what I was looking for. However, the packaging was a little shoddy …and initially I wasn't sure if my item was correct, as there was no invoice attached. It was, but paperwork would have been nice.”

“I bought a Reginox ceramic sink. It arrived in perfect condition and I love it. The tap which came with it is also very good. I found Sinks-taps an excellent company to deal with as they had also given me advice over the phone which was really helpful. The only problem was the delivery! With little warning they said they could not deliver to my door. I live in a retirement block and there was only one man delivering despite the fact that the box the sink came in said two man lift only. It was all very awkward and upsetting. But the goods are excellent”
