“Purchasing a Butler sink from Sinks-Taps.com was one of the best service experiences I have had in recent years. The buying information online was simple, clear and easy to use. But when I encountered a problem with the sink unit that I needed to buy separately to mount the sink, the personal service from the sales team went beyond the call of duty! They worked out for me which unit parts I required and even contacted the company directly on my behalf to ensure I would be getting the right parts. When that company was very unhelpful, the sales representative would not let the matter rest until he received the right information and assurances. I did not expect to get such attentive service but it was a delight to deal with them. Would recommend them without reservations.”
