“Excellent product and great price, with fast delivery. A problem which cropped up was resolved immediately and without any problem whatsoever. A replacement tap delivered by manufacturer next working day, and the faulty one collected by Courrier free of charge on date we requested. Truly great Customer Service from Sinks-Taps.com and their manufacturer Caple. I would highly recommend this company and their Suppliers.”

“1. Money is charged when order is placed, but the items take up to 3 months to be delivered. 2. Payment doesn't register in the system, and it's up to the buyer to make sure the order goes thru. (And no apology.) 3. Order comprising several items won't be delivered in two installments - when part of the order is in stock and the rest may take a couple of months to arrive - unless you want to pay double carrier's fee. 4. Items "available" on the website aren't necessarily in stock, so if you need a speedy delivery, you might get a nasty shock.”
