“Tap arrived damaged, had several discussions with Customer Care and EVENTUALLY a new tap arrived but neither the original (damaged) tap or the replacement was accompanied by the extra filter cartridge I had ordered, further phone calls had to be made and in all I was without a tap in my kitchen for a week!! No I would not recommend this company!!”

“Could see by the packaging that the item had been opened and checked before delivery, the only disappointing thing is that I could not track on line and therefore didn't have an exact delivery date but would use this web site again.”

“Placed order on 3rd of June......still no sign of sink.....earliest date given is week starting 6th of August....I believe things shouldn't be advertised if they are not available at the time of order......I will probably have to wait 3 months before I can complete my kitchen...was offered other sinks and taps...but that defeats the object of picking the perfect sink and tap unit for your own new kitchen......I wait with baited breath for news of my delivery......meanwhile losing interest on monies paid”
