“Excellent service. Called customer service to see exactly what was included and they knew product without referral to anyone. Product exactly as described - excellent quality. Fully informed by sink taps by e-mail on delivery date. Delivery company also excellent - text sent on delivery date to advise 1 hour time frame and if I needed anyone to take delivery for me (did not). Cannot fault the end to end service received from this supplier.”

“I'm livid. A splashback arrived dented and scratched. This was only apparent after the fitters examined it (they come covered in a protective film, which clearly wasn't that protective). Because of the time delay of just over three weeks Sinks-Taps.com told me I couldn't have a refund. I mailed the manager to query this and have so far not received a reply. On this basis I would never use Sinks-Taps.com again.”
