“We were so pleased with the purchase we made, some people when reading reviews were not all took up with the taps we had decided on. I can only say that the tap aerates the water and my wife who would not drink tap water, is quite happy to do so now. They have a nice finish and all though it is early days we are glad we bought them. Delivery was very very prompt and also I phoned for some information regard the sink and taps and found the young lady I spoke to very helpful.”

“I did need to have the tap serviced a few months after installation, but this was easily arranged and dealt with promptly. My only negative comment is the excessive cost of replacement filters.”

“I purchased a waste disposal unit in March. The kitchen fitter went to install it only to find it was too big.I returned the product after more than 30 days and hopefully will be refunded the money minus the 25% restocking charge.”

“Against my better judgment I was persuaded to buy a white granite sink unit when visiting the store. I now find that they do not stock the recommended cleaning product, nor does anyone else. I can now choose between having a less- than- clean sink or damaging the granite by using the wrong cleaner. I am not happy.”

“Excellent company to deal with. No problems experienced with service. However, I am now (3.5 years) onto my second Frankie sink tidy. The coatings on their white tidies are so thin they come off quickly and rust. It is happening again after about 9 months.”

“I got every thing on time. Once indtalled we noticed a leek in the base of the disposal. As the unit is in Spain the customer service wouldn't deal with it and gave me their Spanish service department, whi have failed to answer any of my emails ir calls.... VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!”
