“I only received confirmation of my purchase from Pay Pal. I have had no correspondence from Sinks-Taps, no confirmation of the purchase and no update on when we should expect to receive the product. Spending in excess of £1200 we would have expected better service.”

Dear Mr King The email confirmation is sent automatically and could have either been blocked by your email provider or has gone into your junk/spam folder. The Perrin and Rowe product is a Special Order product and shows online as an average delivery time of 12 weeks. We wouldn't normally contact customers until closer to the anticipated delivery time. However, you are free at anytime to call a member of the Customer Service team on 01759 307262, who will gladly provide any update you require.
