“Efficient service, timely delivery at the time of purchase. There was a defect with the strainer basket plugs in the sink some months later. The lady on main reception and Richard in customer service listened to my problem patiently and dealt with the matter promptly . I had my replacement parts within 72 hours. Thank you.”

“Very impressive ,the delivery man needed a bribe to be helpful but a fiver is not a lot of money.The original promotion said free delivery but cost 20 pounds ,not a great amount,so I was quite happy. Thanks David mcconnell”

Hi David. Many thanks for the 5star review. However, we are a little concerned that the pallet delivery driver needed payment to be helpful. Could you please contact our Customer Services Manager on 01759 307262 so they can look into this further? Its not a usual occurrence and something we need to investigate. I can also see that you chose a faster delivery service for your ceramic sink, hence the charge for delivery. If you had selected the standard delivery option, it would have been FREE! Hi Graham. DPD are usually very good. However in this case the driver had difficulty trying to find your house and the parcel did eventually get delivered a few days later after our Customer Service team became involved. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regards Cesena.

“My ordered sinks arrived the day after ordering, extremely well packaged , no damage at all.All parts ie waste fittings too as advertised, great service, a small glitch ordering on line but solved next day with a phone call to the office, debit card problem not Sinks-taps .com.delivery bang on time DPD , sinks look perfect.great price too ,and free delivery. very impressed with everything, many thanks Malc.”
