“The products and delivery were as described. The terms and conditions abdicating the company of any responsibility for faulty goods once delivered, outlined in an email after purchase, were worrying. Fortunately the delivery driver was lovely and inspected the items with me.”

“My order was for a sink, taps and waste. These were delivered promptly in good condition except that one part of the waste was the wrong size. Sinks-Taps undertook to get their supplier to send a replacement but the supplier failed to do so. I chased saying that the item was urgent and it was finally delivered at 7pm on the day before it was needed.”
