When I ordered the tap I required online Australia was listed as a destination for delivery. However when I ordered it I received an email saying that the international courier fee was going to be higher than the cost of the tap ie over UK300 pounds.
I then rang and spoke with a woman and asked for it to be sent via the British postal system. She told me that the business was not near a post office and someone would have to take it in their car to the post office and that was not possible.
She then got back to me and the cost of the courier was reduced to one-third of the original quote.
My question to your company is 'Why can't you send your goods overseas by British post?' It would be much cheaper for the customer.
Having said that the tap arrived in a short time and I am very happy with it.
