“Excellent customer service, having made a mistake with my order initially I made a quick phone call to sort it out and they were very pleasant on the phone and quickly realised the error I had made and corrected it there and then. Taps arrived within 2 days and they were well packaged with no damage at all. Well done to them 👍👍”

“Having paid extra to get my tap delivered within two days on a Friday, five days later I'm still awaiting delivery, hopefully late this afternoon by DHL who apparently three days ago were 'suffering delivery issues'. Sinks-Taps closed on Saturday morning when I tried to call them as I would have cancelled my order and simply gone down the road to a store to get the new kitchen tap we urgently needed. So, unable to write any kind of review on the tap itself, but in an age where delivery next day of an in-stock item isn't difficult, not impressed to still be waiting five days later. Look forward to my delivery charge refund.”

Hi Juliet We did dispatch your tap on the correct day and booked DHL to deliver on Friday 18th as requested. Unfortunately DHL had some sort of a delay in transit and delivered your tap on the Monday (next working day). Whilst we appreciate this is incredibly frustrating, we do advise customers (when placing the order on the website) that delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed. From the date you placed your order, the tap was delivered within just 3 working days. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

“Bought a 1/12 bowl granite sink,as i dont have the hole saw to drill for the tap they did it for me,it cost £20 but the bit is more,i was informed very quickly about my order and recieved a delivery within a few days,the driver/delivery guy was very polite and helpful,great reliable service.”

“Excellent website, the whole process was easy. The delivery was as said and the delivery guy was very helpful. He helped my wife with the inspection of the sink and there was absolutely no pressure to rush this. He then helped put the sink in the garage as it was heavy. Excellent product and service.”

“Swich water filter system arrived promptly and was well packaged. Price I paid was only £160, compared with a retail price of £259, an excellent deal. System hasn't been fitted yet but I'm sure it will prove to be a great purchase.”
