“NO problems with the order as it was delivered on time and in good condition. The only negative side was that I thought the delivery charge was expensive, otherwise a good service.”

“Goods are perfect, price was good but delivery does not use a courier company so there is no proper tracking, just an appointed day. So consumers have to take a day off work to stay home for a delivery with no specific time slot. If nobody is there to sign for the goods, the delivery has “failed” and there is a CHARGE for the goods to be delivered again on another day! WTF!”

“I am very pleased with the Quality and price of the products purchased. Unfortunately there was a mixup in part numbers probably caused by the Christmas rush. I would like to say special thanks to Richard who spent time trying to sort the issue while he was on his Christmas holiday.”

“Shortly after buying and fitting a Caple Freemont kitchen tap it started leaking from one of the tap handles. Phoned them, promptly spoke to a human (5 stars for that!). Lucy asked for a video which I sent that day. 4 days later I received a whole new tap unit despite me saying I could fit a replacement cartridge. OK, probably more work to swop the tap units over but the problem was dealt with in a way that ensured it was a permanent fix. Thanks.”

“Very happy with my purchases, kept updated throughout the whole process. We did have an issue with one of the sinks being damaged, sent an email with photos and within a couple of days had a replacement super customer service. Shame some other companies aren't as good.”

“We ordered 2 sinks and they came within 2 days. Very happy with our purchase. We then ordered 2 taps which we were informed promptly that there would be a delay due to production issues, we decided to change our order, we did this over the phone without difficulty, staff very obliging and our new choice of taps arrived within 2 days even though it was the busy Christmas period. No hestitation at all in recommending this company!”
